Lady Gaga dan Ariana Grande berhasil mengalahkan Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, dan BTS dalam menyabet penghargaan Pop Duo/Group Performance. Sementara Harry Styles memenangkan piala perdana Grammy berkat lagu Watermelon Sugar dalam nominasi Best Pop Solo Performance.
Beyonce pun tak kalah hebat dalam memborong piala Grammy Awards 2021. Ia menyabet 4 dari 9 nominasi Grammy 2021. Bahkan, anak Beyonce yakni Blue Ivy Carter juga ikut memenangkan Grammy Awards 2021 nominasi Best Music Video berkat Brown Skin Girl. Anak Beyonce ini ikut andil dalam musik video tersebut dan berhasil mengalahkan Harry Styles, Woodkid, Future, hingga Anderson. Paak.
Namun, Grammy Awards 2021 dihiasi kontroversi. Salah satu ajang penghargaan bergengsi di dunia musik dinilai tidak transparan dan memihak pada golongan tertentu. Beberapa artis bahkan melayangkan protes keras terhadap Grammy, mulai dari Justin Bieber, The Weeknd, hingga Zayn Malik.
